At the heart of Eucor the Eucor URGENT pluridisciplinary research and training programme has brought together 25 universities and Dutch, Swiss, French and German government bodies. Its objective was to better understand seismic risks, the movement of tectonic plates and the development of the Upper Rhine rift valley as well as water resource management.
