The Cross-Rhine Convention: Konferenz “Europe between crises and opportunities”

Sciences Po Forum (Strasbourg) and the Fachgruppe European Global Studies (Basel) are happy to launch the first edition of the Cross-Rhine Convention: Conferences organized by student groups in Political Science studies within Eucor – The European Campus.

Europe has had to face many crises since the beginning of the century. But these crises could become an opportunity if we know how to seize them. Each afternoon, 2 topics will be discussed with many guests, experts on European topics and working to face these challenges:

On Saturday, 19th June:

• At 2:00 pm: Climate Change and Green Deal (with Dr. Katharina Franziska BRAIG)
• At 4:30 pm: Rethink our Schengen borders (with Dr. Elspeth GUILD and Dr. Jorrit RIJMPA)

On Sunday, 20th June:

• At 2:00 pm: The Future of Cultures in a Globalized World (with Mr. Bernard POULELAOUEN and Mr. Thomas PIZER)
• At 4:30 pm: Europe of Healthcare (with Ms. Roberta SAVLI)
