Data management
You can consult here the general data protection summary for the QUSTEC programme.
The projects of the Early Stage Researchers (ESR) will be aligned with the open science policy of their respective host institution and the general data protection summary of the QUSTEC project. Therefore, the ESR will develop for their project within the first 6 months of the project a Data Management Plan (DMP), assisted by the supervisor. The DMP will be updated after 2 years and in the last month of their project. It will cover aspects such as identification of the research data to be collected/created, responsibility for the management of the plan, applying policies, organisation, storage and documentation of the data including storage media/repositories, access rights and ownerships, preservation and long-term availability of the data.

In the unlikely case of conflict between the supervisor and mentors, any member of the Invidual Training Panel (ITP) and the ESR will inform the training managers and turn to the integrity office at the relevant QUSTEC partner organisation for a conflict resolution.
Open access
All publications coming out of the QUSTEC programme will be made available as open access publications. QUSTEC will take into account the ten principles of “cOALition S”.
