You can consult here the general data protection summary for the QUSTEC programme.
The project manager will, in collaboration with QUSTEC’s partners’ technology transfer offices, establish a data management plan (DMP). Fellows’ projects will be aligned with the open science policy of their respective host institution and the DMP. The strategy will be in line with the EC’s guidelines on FAIR Data management in Horizon 2020 and based on the H2020 FAIR DMP template. Each fellow should develop, for their project within the first 6 months of the project, a DMP, assisted by the supervisor. The DMP will be updated after 2 years and in the last month of their project. It will cover aspects such as identification of the research data to be collected/created, responsibility for the management of the plan, applying policies, organisation, storage and documentation of the data including storage media/repositories, access rights and ownerships, preservation and long-term availability of the data.
All research carried out within QUSTEC will be in compliance of the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity.
For any kind of questions on research integrity within QUSTEC you can turn to the respective research integrity officer at the respective partner organisation. In the unlikely case of conflict between the supervisor and mentors, any member of the ITP and the fellow will inform the training managers and turn to the integrity office at the relevant QUSTEC partner organization for a conflict resolution.
All publications coming out of the QUSTEC programme will be made available as open access publications. QUSTEC will take into account the ten principles of “cOALition S”.
